Geography may be interpreted as a broader concept than what is perceived today. From the microbial world to the horticultural, the topography and terrain, all interconnect and have a share in the concept of geography. The span of elemental sizes making up the describable, observable things in what deserves to be encompassed in geographical thought is greater than the large objects and distances that constitute the common conception of geography. From the smallest to the biggest objects and distances on the plant, they are pieces of the bigger geography we may come to learn and absorb. Without them, geography becomes small in being confined merely to big objects and distances, becoming shortened of its actual reach.
